海倫·亞當斯·凱勒（Helen Adams Keller，1880年6月27日－1968年6月1日，巨蟹座），19世紀美國盲聾作家，教育家。慈善家、社會(huì )活動(dòng)家。她幼年因急性腦炎引致失明及失聰，她在安妮·沙利文老師的幫助下，掌握了英、法、德等五國語(yǔ)言，完成了她的一系列著(zhù)作，并致力于為殘疾人造福，建立慈善機構。她被美國《時(shí)代周刊》評為美國十大英雄偶像，獲“總統自由勛章”等獎項。主要著(zhù)作有《假如給我三天光明》《我的生活》《我的老師》等。享年87歲。
