【辨析】not...any more與not...any longer
①not...any more相當于no more，常用來(lái)修飾非延續性動(dòng)詞，表示今后不再重復以前發(fā)生的動(dòng)作，多指數量上不再增加。
eg：She didn't come any more.她不再來(lái)了。
②not...any longer相當于no longer，在句中起副詞作用，用來(lái)修飾延續性動(dòng)詞，指某事從時(shí)間上講以后不會(huì )再發(fā)生，其時(shí)間不再延續。
eg：He isn't a student any longer.他不再是學(xué)生了。
as soon as意為“一······就······”，引導時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句。
eg：I will call you as soon as he comes back.他一回來(lái)我就給你打電話(huà)。
【注意】在含有as soon as，when等引導的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句的主從復合句中，其主句用一般將來(lái)時(shí)，從句應用一般現在時(shí)表將來(lái)。
although連詞，意為“雖然；盡管”，相當于though，用來(lái)引導讓步狀語(yǔ)從句。
eg：Although my grandpa is old，he looks very strong and healthy.盡管我爺爺老了，但是他看上去還是很健壯。
