一、where的用法
where是疑問(wèn)副詞，意為“(在)哪里；(在)什么地方”，用來(lái)對表示地點(diǎn)的副詞或介詞短語(yǔ)進(jìn)行提問(wèn)。由where等疑問(wèn)詞引導的疑問(wèn)句叫做特殊疑問(wèn)句。
句型Where is/are＋主語(yǔ)(人或物)？其中is后接單數意義的主語(yǔ)，are后接復數意義的主語(yǔ)。eg：
Where are your books？你的書(shū)在哪里？
回答時(shí)，用句型“主語(yǔ)＋is/are＋表示地點(diǎn)的介詞短語(yǔ)”。主語(yǔ)一般用it，he，she或they來(lái)代替句中的單復數主語(yǔ)。eg：
—Where is your sister？你姐姐在哪里？
—She is in the room.她在房間里。
【注意】where is可縮寫(xiě)成where's，但where are則不能縮寫(xiě)。
二、方位介詞：on，in，under
介詞on在表示地點(diǎn)時(shí)，意為“在……上面”，指某人或某物在另一物體上面(表面接觸，上下緊貼)。
in在表示地點(diǎn)時(shí)，意為“在……里面(內部)”。
under表示“在……下面”與on互為反義詞。eg：
on the desk在課桌上面
in the bedroom在臥室
under the bed在床下面
三、I don't know.我不知道。
主要用于你無(wú)法回答他人詢(xún)問(wèn)的問(wèn)題時(shí)，常說(shuō)“I don't know.”為了表示禮貌，也可以在前面加上sorry或I'm sorry。
don't是do not的縮寫(xiě)形式，do為助動(dòng)詞，無(wú)實(shí)際意義，幫助實(shí)義動(dòng)詞know構成否定句。
