這是一個(gè)由“how”引導的特殊疑問(wèn)句，用來(lái)詢(xún)問(wèn)天氣情況。其中 weather 表示“天氣”，是不可數名詞，所以be 動(dòng)詞用 is。
其答語(yǔ)通常是：It’s + 表示天氣的形容詞 .
拓展 What’s the weather like today?
也可以用來(lái)詢(xún)問(wèn)天氣情況。
what 與介詞 like 連用，而 how 不與 like 連用。
例句：—How’s the weather today?
=What’s the weather like today?今天天氣怎么樣？
—It’s warm. 很暖和。

回答用：It’s + 數字 + degree (s).
此句中temperature前面與定冠詞the連用。
