1. We used to study and play together, but ever since last Friday, she hasn’t spoken to me.
我們過(guò)去常常一起學(xué)習、玩耍，但自從上周五以來(lái)，她沒(méi)跟我說(shuō)過(guò)話(huà)。
(1) used to do sth. 表示“過(guò)去常常做某事”。
e.g. We used to work in the same workshop.
我們過(guò)去在同一個(gè)車(chē)間工作。
be used to doing sth. 是習語(yǔ)，意思是“習慣于做某事”，used可用quite修飾。如果強調由不習慣到習慣這一過(guò)程，常用get或become代替be。
e.g. Perhaps he is used to taking his time.
或許不慌不忙早已成了他的習慣。
He has got quite used to staying up late.
他已經(jīng)習慣熬夜了。
be used to do sth. 為use的被動(dòng)結構，意思是“被用來(lái)做……”。
e.g. Wood can be used to make chairs and desks.
木頭可以（被）用來(lái)做桌椅。
(2) ever since意為“從……開(kāi)始”，可以引導時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句，主句常用現在完成時(shí)，并且主句的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞要用延續性動(dòng)詞，從句用一般過(guò)去時(shí)。
e.g. Ever since he left for Canada last year, I haven’t seen him again.
自從他去年去了加拿大以來(lái)，我沒(méi)再見(jiàn)到過(guò)他。
ever since也可放在句末，意為“此后（就一直……）”。
e.g. The old man went to Beijing in 1949 and has lived there ever since.
這位老人1949年去了北京，此后他就一直住在那兒。
2. I considered all the things that could be wrong, but I still can’t figure out what the problem is.
我細想了可能做錯的所有事情，但還是弄不清楚問(wèn)題是什么。
consider意為“考慮”。
【基本用法】
(1) consider sth. 表示“考慮某事”。
e.g. I will consider your plan carefully.
我會(huì )仔細考慮你的計劃。
(2) consider doing sth. 表示“考慮做某事”。
e.g. Have you considered buying a car?
你考慮買(mǎi)一輛車(chē)嗎？
(3) 跟從句。
e.g. The teacher considered how she should answer.這個(gè)老師考慮她要怎么回答。
(4) 跟“疑問(wèn)詞 + 動(dòng)詞不定式”結構。
e.g. The woman hasn’t considered what to do next.這位婦女還沒(méi)有考慮考慮接下來(lái)該做什么 。
